Further information
An occasional 'throw out' or garden escape if glabrous and thought to be reporducing in the wild if pubescent. This genus has been cultivated for centuries as an aromatic herb. The leaves are used as flavours in teas, drinks, jellies, syrups, cooking and ice-cream.
