Bombus (Megabombus) hortorum | Small Garden Bumble Bee
- White tail
- Two yellow bands on the thorax and one yellow band on the abdomen
- Head significantly longer than wide when looked at face-on
- Can be confused with Bombus jonellus, but in this species the face is short and heart-shaped
Common and found in a wide range of habitats, including parks and gardens.
