Identification

Adult: 4mm to5mm in length. Body is a deep red colour with 14 to 18 pale cream spots. The scutellum is bordered by a distinctive cream coloured marking. The pronotum is also a deep red with a broad pale cream border and a single pale patch at the front and two pale patches at the back.  It legs are deep red.
